Simple sentences

Hi guys! I am going to show you guys what simple sentences are!

A simple sentence is a sentence consisting of only one clause, with a single subject and predicate. Also if writing just simple sentences in a story makes it boring. So I suggest that you guys don't use simple sentence in a story that often

Here is an example of a simple sentences

  1. The spaceship went to war. 
  2. The princess sang beautifully.
  3. The carrot screamed as Oscar ate her.
  4. Mandy liked the chocolate cake.
  5. The construction worker fell from the roof.

    Hi Jared.
    Simple sentences can be boring but not always.
    A story would be a little dull if we only used simple sentences wouldn't it?
    I liked your sentence about the carrot screaming.
